WOTB is in it's second year and this time I'm taking part. Held in the Arnolfini on Monday October 7th from 9.30am-4.30pm - it's a wonderful resource for women in business - drop by and say hi. In the meantime, find out more about WOTB's Festival of Female Entrepreneurship here.
I've just spent a week in London's TriYoga studying with the fabulous Bo Forbes on Yoga Therapy and Therapeutics. It's been an amazingly encouraging experience which has helped me to trust my instincts more as well as given me some wonderful new techniques to incorporate into my classes. Thank you Bo!
